Delivery times range from 1-3 working days for Greece and Cyprus, even if your area is characterized as inaccessible. Within 1-3 working days throughout Europe and within 3-7 working days for the rest of the world.
After your package is sent by our the company, you are informed about the corresponding shipment number. With this number you can track only the transport of your package, from almost the same time we delivered it, through the I.C.C. Courier website. By entering all the shipping data of your package you will be able to automatically see the corresponding charges related to its shipment. Fill in all the required fields to see the cost of shipping and cash-on delivery. After that we will be able to ship your package.
For orders over 65 € the shipping costs and the cash on delivery service are free. For orders under 64.99 € and for most areas of Attica the charge is 2.10 € and the cash on delivery service is normally charged 0.80 €.
REST OF GREECE (LAND AND ISLAND DESTINATIONS)
For orders over 65 € the shipping costs and the cash on delivery service are free. For orders under € 64.99 the charge is € 5.00 and the cash on delivery service is normally charged € 1.50. The Shipping Charges of the Rest of Greece also includes a few destinations that typically belong to Attica.
Shipping costs are € 15 and cash on delivery service is charged € 4.50.

Please note that all international customers (outside the EU or belonging to ZONE 3) may be required to pay import duties and taxes depending on the country / state at the time of delivery of your parcel.
Our Company does not bear any responsibility for these additional charges and unfortunately these can not be refunded and money cannot be refunded from our online store. We advise you to contact your local customs authorities for any additional charges.
Terms of Shipping
- Our company does not deliver products to minors or persons under guardianship, without the written consent / authorization of their guardian.
- Products cannot be delivered in mailboxes.
- The address declared by the customer needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, the customer is responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or he/she will be charged any additional cost of shipping.
- Products remain property of the company until delivery, and travel at company’s risk. In case of loss of package, with the clear responsibility of the courier company or our company, the order will be replaced either with the same products (if available) or with other of the same value, selected by the customer, otherwise the deposited value of the order will be returned to the customer (no applies in the case of cash-on delivery)(see: Return Policy).
